Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom team orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Custom Team Order - Inspection Window
Customers have 48 business hours from the time of delivery to inspect their full order and report any issues (e.g., misprints, incorrect sizes, missing items, or production defects).
• All concerns must be submitted in writing via email to [your customer service email] within this 48-hour window.
• Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for review, remake, or replacement.
Reporting an Issue
When reaching out, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product(s) in question
Our team will review your claim and respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.
